Which essential oils blend well to get the most benefit?

Depending on what your experiencing physically and mentally, you can benefit your needs with the oils of a natural plant called essential oils. These natural remedies benefit people who suffer from conditions such as: Anxiety, Arthritis, Asthma, Cellulite, poor circulation, colds, constipation, cystitis, Depression, fatigue, fluid retention, headaches, high blood pressure, indigestion, insomnia, low blood pressure, menopause, muscular aches and pains, nausea, neck tension, PMT, rheumatism, skin problems and stress.


You can mix three essential oils of your choice ( which benefits you). You would have to mix it with a base oil, which is an oil that is ordinary (no smell). This includes grapeseed or almond oil.


If you would like to use these oils in your bath, shampoo or soap, I would recommend two drops in either of these. I wouldn't go over the top with essential oils as this might irritate your skin.


These three essential oils will help someone who is suffering from arthritis, high blood pressure and Dry skin.

Lavender will benefit high blood pressure

Frankincense will benefit Dry skin.


These three essential oils will help someone who is suffering from stress, neck tension and poor circulation.



Lavender will benefit Neck tension

Lemongrass will benefit Stress

Rosemary will benefit poor circulation.


These three essential oils will help with some who is suffering from Anxiety, depression and fatigue.

Grapefruit will benefit Depression

Frankincense will benefit Anxiety
